- DogGoes.com and the Dog Park Finder iPhone app
My husband and I built this website starting in summer 2007. He is a web programmer and
wanted to make a mapping website. I have done the data mining for dog parks; it is the most
comprehensive list of dog parks in the USA (over 2500 listed). Since, we have also released
an iPhone app with this and other dog friendly locations that is in the spirit of Yelp for
dogs. It list dog friendly restaurants, hiking trails, beaches, hotels, groomers,
vets, and other places and has user posted pictures and reviews. The iPhone app has
been feature by Apple on several occassions.
